Manager, Biotechnology Start-up Development

Assist president in identifying promising novel technologies with emphasis on cancers by academic scientists and early stage biotech companies using expert knowledge of biotechnology; work with start-ups to assemble management team and help them develop business and scientific plans; develop and plan policies, standards and procedures for scientific and technical work performed to ensure regulatory compliance and operations enhancement; confer with them on research directions; look over and suggest improvements in company progress reports to attract venture capital.
